A bridge connecting Kaghan & Naran has been swept by flash floods/rain, disrupting the connectivity .Work on site is in progress despite continuous rain. Tourists are advised to plan travel to Naran after getting weather & connectivity updates.

The bridge which is 3 km short of Naran has been damaged. No one is advised to visit Naran for few days. Route near Kohistan may be blocked too due to reportedly landslide near Dasu.

Bridge Connecting Naran at Batal Collapsed

National Highway Authority (NHA) spokesman on Tuesday said that a bridge has collapsed due to flash floods near Batal, three kilometers away from Naran. All traffic returning from Naran has been stopped. The avalanche of water, mud and rocks destroyed several bridges, and there were also major landslides in the area
